🤔 how do u define how many alters you have ans their names/identities?

Usually alters will identify themselves and what name they want to go by one way or another (just saying it themselves, telling it to our wife or a friend of ours, etc.). Then we have several different places that we catalogue that info so sometimes they'll add it themselves or we'll end up doing it for them if we've discovered they exist one way or another. We can co-front and can "meet" other alters that way as well. For the alter count, it's just a rough estimate of how many alters we've met here - we don't really care too much about the specific number honestly.

I lowkey hate when ppl harass alters..like yes, the alter is problematic but the body cant do shit about it, man. Like yea, I dislike problematic alters in a I feel bad for them type of way because people are disgustingly rude and the system cant do shit 'bout it. sending you love
